Stubborn (Felipe Alvaro Tozo, CNPJ 35.446.994/0001-59), based in Cascavel, Paraná, Brazil, is the controller of the personal data processed on this website, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 – LGPD).

• Data you send us through the contact form: name, e-mail, phone/WhatsApp, the subject you choose and, if you fill them in, your company and message.
• Contact data via WhatsApp: when you click a WhatsApp button, the conversation takes place in the WhatsApp app, and the processing of data on that platform is also subject to Meta's policies.
• Browsing data: pages visited, time spent, device and browser type, approximate location and the source of your visit (for example, whether you arrived through an ad). This data is collected through cookies and similar technologies from Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads and the website's own analytics system.

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare commercial proposals.
• To measure the performance of the website and of our advertising campaigns, including finding out which ads generated enquiries.
• To show Stubborn ads to people who have already visited the website (remarketing).
• To keep the website secure and working.

We process your data on the basis of your consent, of the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (when you ask to be contacted or request a proposal) and of our legitimate interest in measuring and improving the website and our communication.

We do not sell personal data. Data sent through the form is kept for as long as there is a commercial relationship or a legitimate interest in the contact, or until you ask for it to be deleted. Browsing data follows the retention periods configured in each tool.
